Your vast experience and deep affection for the African continent that inspired you to create this unique 4WD Regularity Rally will most certainly carry the entire project through to the successful outcome you’re sure to achieve for everyone.
Your Friend, Jacky Ickx
René METGE: Patrick Zaniroli’s project is a great idea which should satisfy everyone’s nostalgia for the early competitions of long ago, enabling people to discover first hand what they once saw only partially, in a spotty, distant way. It will also provide an opportunity for those who’ve always dreamed of driving across Africa to do so at a more relaxed pace. I wish you all great success in this exciting new adventure.Jean-Yves DENORS: Journalist for the “Figaro”. This project brings to mind an alternate view point regarding Africa as compared to the other rallies today, it removes the idea of “playing field” to make room for a sense of coming together and sharing.
Claude MARREAU: Back the project, Africa has brought us many great things, this could be a wonderful opportunity to return the favour.
Thierry de MONCORGE: I am thrilled with the idea of bringing the ROLLS JULES back out of the garage and doing a rally for pure pleasure.
Georges GROINE: I am behind this project all the way!
Michel MAINDRU: Photographer. I support this project which will bring conviviality back to this type of competition. These rallies still represent a sort of dream for many people and this particular competition will enable many people to participate, even those with modest means
