2009 Assistance enrollment

Participants may choose to bring their own, personal assistance/support team, provided they are officially enrolled with the event organizers.

1/ Option INCLUDING hotel accommodations

1 assistance vehicle with 2 support people and hotel = € 1,300

This price includes:

• accommodations in a 3-star hotel (4 nights) in a shared twin or double room February 22 to 25, 2009
• all meals for the two support people (3 lunches + 4 dinners) February 22 to 25, 2009
• the gala evening and awards ceremony on Wednesday, February 25, 2009
• 2 official badges and 2 ID bracelets
• 2 “assistance” stickers for their vehicle
• an official event map
• 2 gifts from the management team

Individual accomodations

• Individual accommodations in 2 single rooms at the 3-star hotel are available for an additional €350.

Assistance with only 1 person

• Assistance enrollment packages for a support vehicle with only 1 person including hotel accommodations are also available under the same terms and conditions for € 1,000

2/ Option EXCLUDING hotel accommodations

1 assistance vehicle with 2 support people without the hotel = € 800

This price includes:

• lunches on February 23, 24 & 25, 2009
• the gala evening and awards ceremony on Wednesday, February 25, 2009
• 2 official badges and 2 ID bracelets
• 2 “assistance” stickers for their vehicle
• an official event ma
• 2 gifts from the management team

Assistance with only 1 person

• Assistance enrollment packages for a support vehicle with only 1 person without hotel accommodations are also available under the same terms and conditions for €500
  

NOTE: any/all unauthorized assistance persons/vehicles (not officially enrolled) will be immediately ejected from the event.
