Prices for a MOTO racing

Price for 1 enrollment	1 Moto + 1 pers.

This price includes

As with Quads, the enrollment is set at €8,500 for each motorcycle and includes the following services:

• Overall event organization
• Overall event organization
• Meals at the bivouacs in Africa (excluding Dakar)
• Midday rations in Africa
• Medical assistance during the race
• Repatriation for health reasons in case of an accident
• Third party insurance in the countries through which we travel
• Creation and listing of a Personalized webpage on our website prior to the event, which will become your own blog
• Daily updating of your ranking on this webpage during the event
• Invitation to the awards ceremony and closing gala
• Transport of a trunk and 2 wheels which will be available to you at most of the bivouacs
• Costs for returning the motorcycle by boat from Sete to Tangier, and from Dakar to Le Havre.

This price does not include

• The accommodation in France and in Dakar
• The visas
• The license
• The rent or the purchase of the satellite telephone
• The plane return since Dakar for the persons.

How to entry

To benefit from preferential rates, it is enough to send to us your sheet of commitment with the name of the pilot and the type of the vehicle envisaged, accompanied with the 1st payment files can be later completed.
The respect for maturity dates is imperative. Any neglect in this rule will pull the passage in the superior tariff slice.
The payments of the commitments must be made by check in the name of Z.R.C. for the French competitors and only by swift transfer for the not French competitors.
A single invoice by vehicle will be established only, payments will thus have to be made by a single physical or moral person.

Conditions of cancellation

• Before May 30th, 2008, a € 500 sum will be held for cool of file.
• From June 1st till September 15th, 2008: 50 % of the due sums will be held.
• From September 16th, 2008 the totality of the paid sums will remain acquired to the organizer.
