Enrolment opens on October 1st 2010

Malbuisson does not have a hotel big enough to accommodate all of the event’s participants under the same conditions, so we’ve come up with 2 different enrolment packages: with or without hotel and evening meals..

Package No. 2: without the hotel accommodations

. Same basic elements as Package no. 1 but without the hotel accommodations or evening meals (February 7, 8, 9).
. Does however include the daily lunches and the final gala evening dinner.

It is possible to take the 3 dinners (February 7,8,9) - for an option of €105 per person, so €210 for a crew. Contact us for that.

. General organisation of the event
. Sporting and logistical backup
. Mechanical assistance (2 cars and 4 men)
. National and local authorisations
. 3-star hotel accommodations in a double room for 4 nights (February 7-10, 2010)
. 3 lunches for 2 people (8th to 10th February, 2010)
. 4 dinners for 2 people (7th to 10th February, 2010)
. Gala evening and awards ceremony on 10th February 2010
. Compulsory third-party insurance for the competitors and the organisers of the event
. Security for the parking enclosures during the nights
. Two car door numbers
. Two official rally plates
. One road book
. Rental of the required GPS timing & tracking system
. Two souvenirs per crew.

ENTRY FEES

From December 1st 2009 to Janurary 15th 2010 - Standard rate entry fees

Pre-war: €2,100 - Package No. 1 all-inclusive
Pre-war: €1,600 - Package No. 2 without the hotel accommodations or evening meals

Post-war: €2,700 - Package No. 1 all-inclusive
Post-war: €2,200 - Package No. 2 without the hotel accommodations or evening meals

€100 discount for payment in full up front.

Package 1 : supplément 2 singles : 350 €

Payment terms and conditions

Whatever your enrolment category, you can either:

• pay the total enrolment fee in full and upfront and receive a €100 discount
  
• make 2 payments, with a €1,000 deposit upon enrolment and the balance paid in full by January 15th, 2010
